Delivery Policies
*Regular Delivery. Order taken by 11:30am will be delivered same day for $9.99.
*Requested Morning Delivery (between the hours of 8am - 12noon) $14.99.
*Requested Afternoon Delivery (between the hours of 12 noon ~ 6pm) $14.99.
*Time Sensitive Delivery: We can take your order anytime of the day up until 3pm and have it delivered in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area within 2 hours $19.99.
*Sunday Deliveries: Deliveries will be made to funeral homes only. No home deliveries.
*This schedule changes for the Sunday prior to major Holidays.
*Funeral orders for Sunday delivery need to be received by 5pm on the proceeding Saturday.
*Out of Town Deliveries: Deliveries outside of our normal delivery area, can be taken for delivery anywhere in the US or Canada for a regular delivery charge of $9.99 plus a service fee of $4.99.
*Orders must reach us by 12 noon (in the recipients time zone) on the day of the delivery for delivery that same day.
*(24 hour notice will be needed during Holiday times.)
*Please note: No additional charge for timed deliveries to funeral homes in our immediate delivery area.
Substitutions
On all arrangements: substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. We will give your order the care and attention to ensure that it is as similar as possible to what you requested.
